
Course Summary
This course is a continuation of Business English – First Semester, building on the foundational skills students have already acquired. Students are expected to have a solid understanding of basic business vocabulary, professional communication, CV and letter writing, job interviews, business etiquette, company structures, money matters, telephoning, and giving presentations.
In the second semester, the course focuses on developing these skills further and applying them in more complex and realistic business situations. Students will strengthen their ability to:
· Communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written contexts
· Prepare and deliver polished presentations
· Conduct business correspondence with accuracy and clarity
· Apply etiquette and communication strategies in workplace and international settings
· Analyze and solve real-world business situations using English
By the end of the course, students should be able to confidently navigate professional English communication, combining the knowledge gained in Semester 1 with new practical and advanced skills to prepare for future academic or workplace challenges.
